After finding a property you want to recommend and show, register and become a member of EastTrust.com and buy a Recommend & Show Service Package.
Step 2 Prepare to Recommend
The second step is to prepare your description of recommended reasons and pictures or charts showing the reasons.
Step 3 Upload Information
Login EastTrust.com and upload the property information including recommended reasons and pictures, set up tags to mark the recommended characteristics, and locate the position and put a sign on the map. (You have to remove the sign on the map first if you want to delete a listed property).
Step 4 Translate and Upload
Your Chinese edition will be uploaded within 3 working days after your finishing upload your property and contact information. Congratulation! Your property and your profile are exposed now in Chinese and on a huge market, and you can communicate directly with potential Chinese Buyers.
Step 5 Obligations after Uploading
Once the status of the recommended property is changed, you have duties to change the property's status on EastTrust.com within 3 working days after the change happen.
