Employment Screening

verification of identity card number, Hukou (registered permanent residence) address, current and previous residence addresses, names and so on;
- Educational background,
including verification of attendance, periods of enrollment, degree/diploma awarded, graduation date, major course of study and so on;
- Employment background, including job title, salary, dates of employment, reason for leaving and eligibility for rehire. Verification can also include performance evaluations results;
- Pprofessional backguound, including verification of professional credentials and/or licenses listed on the application and that are issued by the organization;
- Reference check, including
to contact and interview all listed references to obtain personal subjective information about the applicant. This information may include character traits or habits, strengths and weaknesses, and so on.
Executive Screening
EastTrust's Executive Screening (EES) can effectively protect your company and your clients from potential management crisis. Unlike a "standard" employee background check, EES considers the serious risks and exposures executives can pose for a company and its shareholders.
